Transport to Sixth Form - September 2026

Wiltshire Council has provided guidance for students planning to attend sixth form or college from September 2026, highlighting that free home-to-school transport is not available for those over 16. Students and families are encouraged to plan their travel arrangements in advance and explore options such as purchasing bus passes or season tickets, with the possibility of paying in instalments if applications are submitted before the end of June 2026. Financial support may be available through council-subsidised travel for low-income households or bursary funding from schools and colleges, and further information and application details can be accessed via the Wiltshire Council website.
