We report three times per year during Key Stage 3, at the end of Terms 2, 4 and 6. Our reports, known as ‘data collection’ reports, will inform you of your child’s recent progress across all subject areas, and provide specific targets for improvement. We also inform you of your child’s attitude to learning; consistently good effort, applied over time in a subject, will lead to good achievement.
Used in conjunction with data collection reports, subject assessment grids (see subject level detail) will enable you to pinpoint the specific areas your child needs to focus on in each subject area.
For further advice or guidance following a data collection report, please contact the relevant subject teacher or curriculum leader; a list of staff email addresses is available here.
